Job summary

Air Products in Didcot is seeking PG and Helium Operators to safely control filling activities and operate plant systems according to procedures. You will load cylinders, perform dewars work, and ensure quality documentation while maintaining safety and equipment integrity.

The role involves rotating shifts (early/late) and requires experience in similar environments, strong communication, and IT literacy for SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar operational environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate cryogenic and non-cryogenic pumps in line with procedures.
• Load cylinders, dewars, pallets; use forklift safely.
• Carry out cylinder sorting and loading for deliveries.
• Perform calibration checks on analytical instruments.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and document processes.
