Job summary

Air Products in Didcot is seeking PG and Helium Operators to safely control filling activities, operate pumps, move cylinders, and load vehicles, following procedures. You will perform gas handling, dewar activities, weighing, and documentation, with rotating shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have prior experience in similar environments, strong communication skills, and IT familiarity including SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment and safe handling practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities follow Air Products procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain production quality and prevent contamination.
• Perform loading/unloading of cylinders and dewars, and pallet handling.
• Carry out cylinder and dewar inspection, cleaning, labeling, and minor maintenance.
• Complete all process documentation accurately and on time.
• Calibrate analytical instruments per procedures and support housekeeping.
