Job summary

Tower-Supplies is seeking a hands-on Field Engineer to install, service and maintain Tower brand dosing equipment on cruise ships worldwide. The role is field-based with 75% travel onboard and requires electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills to diagnose faults and keep systems operating safely.

You will work with onboarding project managers and engineers to complete installations within agreed timescales, with strong customer focus onboard.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to install, service and commission complex dosing equipment onboard ships.
• Strong fault-finding and repair capabilities under operational constraints.
• Comfort with safety compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install mechanical and electrical dosing equipment onboard cruise ships.
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs.
• Carry out safety checks and complete installation documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to end users onboard.
• Coordinate with ship staff and internal/external engineers to deliver on time.
• Manage equipment and consumables for installations and maintenance.
