Job summary

Crystal Serenity is seeking experienced Engine Repairmen to join the ship’s engine department for a 6-month contract. You will perform daily maintenance and repairs on engines and mechanical equipment, reporting to the Staff Engineer and on-duty Engineer.

The role requires STCW 95, ASE A-III/5, strong knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics, and the ability to work in a multicultural crew. Fluent English, physical fitness, and readiness for shipboard life are essential.

Qualifications

• STCW 95 certification is required.
• ASE Certification A-III/5 is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and vessel machinery.
• Experience stripping engines down and rebuilding.
• Experience on vessels in an equivalent position.
• Physically and medically fit; reliable and able to work with a multicultural crew.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance and cleaning of engines and mechanical equipment as directed.
• Report to the Staff Engineer and on-duty Engineer.
• Participate in crew safety drills and follow safety procedures.
• Respect health and safety standards and operate in compliance with pollution regulations.
