Job summary

Crystal Cruises is seeking experienced Engine Repairmen to join our shipboard engine department for a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will perform daily maintenance and repairs on engines and mechanical equipment, and support the engineering team during vessel operations.

Candidates must have valid STCW 95 certificates, ASE A-III/5, and proven maintenance experience on vessels. Excellent references, reliability, and a proactive safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Valid STCW 95 certification.
• Relevant experience onboard cruise vessels.
• Good and verifiable references.
• Good knowledge of engine-room operations and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs major and specialised mechanical overhaul and repair work.
• Repairs and maintains hydraulic equipment and valves.
• Provides installation and breakdown services.
• Keeps engine spaces clean and well organized.
• Informs on-duty Engineer of progress and issues.
