Job summary

CM Recruitment is seeking a Cruise Consultant to join a luxury cruise brand in West Sussex. You will sell premium and ultra-luxury itineraries, manage inquiries across phone, online and in person, and build a loyal client portfolio.

Base salary is £26,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £60,000. Responsibilities include handling bookings, delivering top-tier service, running outreach campaigns and attending training events.

Qualifications

• Proven luxury cruise sales experience (2years ideal).
• Self starter who owns their pipeline and generates leads.
• Target driven with strong closing skills.
• Confident upselling and maximising booking value.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong IT skills incl Microsoft Office, reservation systems & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Cruise Consultant - £26,000 basic OTE £60,000

An opportunity to join an award winning luxury cruise brand as a Cruise Consultant and take charge of selling premium and ultra luxury cruise holidays to high net worth clients. You’ll manage enquiries across phone, online and in person, deliver excellent customer service, and build your own loyal client portfolio. This role is based in West Sussex with a salary of £26,000 OTE £60,000.
