Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Capacity and Flow (Cross site) to maximise Trust capacity while safeguarding safety and quality. The post holder will lead patient flow across sites, overseeing emergency and elective pathways and discharge planning to ensure timely access.

Working with Divisional teams and external partners, you will implement robust site operations and ensure high quality, patient-led services.

• Lead site capacity and patient flow across cross-site operations.
• Oversee emergency and elective pathways and timely discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Divisional teams, departments and external partners to ensure robust systems.
• Monitor and improve patient access to assessment areas and wards.
• Uphold Trust values and support staff development and wellbeing.
