We seek an Operations Associate to join the Operations team and act as the connective tissue between Finance, Portfolio Management, Lending and Credit. Qualifications

• 2-4 years in operations, coordination or similar role in financial services or regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders, handling competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Operations and wider business to align priorities and deadlines.
• Chase dependencies with other teams and resolve blockers.
• Build relationships with Finance, Portfolio Management, Lending and Credit.
• Represent the business to investors, borrowers and service providers.
• Support day-to-day running, monitor quality, timeliness and compliance.
• Flag risks and bottlenecks early to avoid delivery impact.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks including investor operations and data/control processes.
• Support audit and reporting with clear records of controls.
• Identify operational improvements and contribute to growth plans.
