Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a senior Controls professional to manage the Cross-disciplinary Controls portfolio within the COO GAU. You will drive MCA deliverables, coordinate risk assessments, maintain control inventories, and support BRCC reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, governance experience, and the ability to engage senior management. Hybrid work with a competitive base salary and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities.
• Experience in governance and controls lifecycle management.
• Understanding of regulatory obligations and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational preparation for Quarterly Risk Review and Annual Risk Assessment.
• Coordinate GPMP adoption and control design documentation.
• Maintain control inventories and monitor design assessments and testing.
• Track CRM triggers and prepare impact analyses for GAU leadership.
• Map regulatory obligations and loss events to relevant PRCMs within timelines.
