Citi Belfast is seeking a senior Cross-disciplinary Controls professional to drive day-to-day MCA deliverables and risk assessments within the COO GAU. You will coordinate control inventories, map regulatory obligations, and maintain audit-ready documentation across the end-to-end risk lifecycle.

The role requires experience in operational risk, control design, and governance, with a focus on leading senior-management engagements and ensuring timely BRCC reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions in financial services.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge in development and execution for controls.
• Experience mapping regulatory obligations and control design requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilités

• Drive MCA lifecycle activities including scoping, risk evaluation, and BRCC reporting.
• Maintain control inventories and coordinate design and testing artifacts.
• Monitor CRM triggers and coordinate regulatory obligations mapping.
• Prepare data packs for Quarterly Risk Review and Annual Risk Assessment.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and GAU Owner sign-offs within timelines.
