Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years proven experience in Product Owner/Product Manager roles, preferably in fintech or tech startups.
• Experience owning a product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong ability to ship features and demonstrate impact with customer and business metrics.
• Excellent prioritisation, backlog mgmt and cross-functional collaboration.
