Visa is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Visa Direct’s Currencycloud product in London. You will own the product area end-to-end, shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery with a dedicated engineering team and cross-functional partners to meet client needs and business goals.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product marketing and GTM to drive adoption, measure impact, and iterate. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the London Paddington office weekly.

Formación

• 3–4 years proven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role, preferably fintech or tech startup.
• Experience owning a product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience shipping products and demonstrating impact via customer and business metrics.
• Strong prioritisation skills and backlog management.
• Comfortable with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban across 1–2 teams.
• Ability to craft a vision for the product based on discovery, market research and data.
• Domain knowledge in fintech/payments is preferred.

• Develop a product strategy and roadmap based on company and tribe strategy.
• Build alignment and secure buy-in for the product strategy.
• Turn strategy into a clear backlog and roadmap for your team.
• Lead discovery with clients to uncover real problems and opportunities.
• Work with customers and colleagues to generate, test and refine ideas for new features.
• Manage end-to-end product development from shaping the problem to launch.
