Job summary

Visa is seeking a Product Manager for Treasury to advance real-time, unified treasury capabilities across Visa Direct products such as Collection, Hold, Payouts and Conversions. You will work with compliance, technology and other stakeholders to build liquidity and cash management solutions, while promoting adoption of new technologies.

The role focuses on defining product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable financial systems globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant background in product management or financial services.
• Experience in defining product strategy and leading product execution.
• Experience in Agile environments and working in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct product strategy from conception through implementation.
• Identify new business and market opportunities and create business plans.
• Determine market requirements and ensure product alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with systems, marketing, and sales during development.
