Job summary

Forward Role is helping a specialist digital analytics consultancy hire a Digital Analyst in Leeds with hybrid working. The role focuses on turning data into actionable CRO insights for ecommerce, retail and FMCG clients, with ownership and development opportunities.

The position requires hands-on GA4/GTM, SQL querying, and dashboarding in Power BI or Looker Studio, plus the ability to present clear recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty or Adobe Target).
• Strong SQL, with ability to query BigQuery or data warehouses.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Solid understanding of statistics behind testing and significance.
• Clear, confident communicator with clients and stakeholders.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Bring together data from GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta and BigQuery into dashboards and reports.
• Review funnels on client sites to identify drop-offs and revenue loss.
• Evaluate A/B/multivariate tests, form hypotheses, and report results and impact.
• Use heatmaps and session data to prioritize what to test next.
• Explain findings to stakeholders from technical teams to marketing leads.
• Assist tagging, event tracking and data layer setup.
• Explore AI into day-to-day workflows and client solutions.
• Stay updated on platform changes and CRO best practices.
