A creative technology agency located in Greater London seeks a Lead Functional Consultant to manage a team delivering CRM solutions. The role involves leading responsibilities in a hybrid work environment, supporting and mentoring team members, and ensuring quality outcomes for clients. Candidates should have over 5 years of CRM experience, particularly with CiviCRM, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This is a permanent position with a salary ranging between £36k-£55k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years delivering complex CRM solutions and digital projects.
• Experience in a CRM or ERP agency environment delivering for clients.
• Ability to master new platforms rapidly, including CiviCRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Functional Consultants across CRM and website projects.
• Coach and conduct client discovery activities to understand their needs.
• Ensure quality of deliverables from initial concept through to go-live.
