Job summary

Digital Data Foundation in London or Manchester is seeking a CRM Systems Assistant to support global e-marketing by improving CRM data quality and coordinating client communications. You will train colleagues, manage CRM inbox queries, and act as the SME for Dynamics CRM and related e-marketing systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across offices.

The role requires at least one year of CRM or e-marketing experience, a data-driven approach, and the ability to explain

• Minimum one year’s experience with an e-marketing platform or CRM in professional services.
• Ability to actively training others, advising of benefits of using CRM systems
• Data quality focus to ensure data is as complete and accurate as possible.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a digestible way to all users
• Work independently, without constant supervision

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a talented digital marketer to support Global e-marketing efforts through client communication, training and taking responsibility for both managing & improving data quality in the CRM.

Responsibilities

Working collaboratively and cross functionally across a number of Global offices, you will;

• Plan the strategy of the firm’s client communications.
• Execute data quality improvement strategy and act as data quality expert
• Work with both internal & external suppliers / stakeholders to ensure a targeted approach to key accounts
• International training lead and provide succinct training modules
• Manage user queries submitted to Dynamics CRM inbox,
• CRM and e-marketing system SME for related queries

Experience

• Minimum one year’s experience of working with an e-marketing platform or CRM system in professional services
• Ability to actively training others, advising of benefits of using CRM systems
• Quality driven to ensure data is as complete and perfect as it can be.
• Ability to explain the complex to be digestible to all users
• Work independently, without constant supervision
