Job summary

The East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a proactive CRM Officer to support and enhance the organisation's CRM system. You will maintain data quality, provide daily user support, and deliver training to staff across departments, becoming a subject-matter expert on the platform.

You will work with colleagues to identify improvements, support system enhancements with the Business Insights Manager, and ensure users receive timely, effective service while safeguarding data integrity across EKC Group.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and data management is essential.
• Experience in marketing or digital customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to train and support system users across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the group’s CRM usage across EKC Group.
• Maintain CRM as the source of truth for data and relationships.
• Provide day-to-day user support and training, ensuring timely responses.
• Identify process improvements and assist with system enhancements with Business Insights Manager.
