East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Data Services Business Partner to support our colleges in maintaining high standards of student data quality, funding compliance and operational effectiveness.

You will provide expert advisory and constructive challenge, lead a designated technical specialism, and drive consistent, timely data across the student lifecycle to meet regulatory and funding requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration and coaching across the EKC Group.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on student data quality and regulatory funding requirements.
• Ability to coach Colleges to achieve data standards and compliance.
• Knowledge of ILR, enrolments and timetabling processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory and challenge to Colleges on data management.
• Promote data quality and regulatory compliance across the group.
• Support development programmes and best-practice data handling.
