Job Description:

Major Players are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency to recruit for a CRM Senior Account Manager.

Role overview:

  1. End-to-end campaign leadership: Leverage data insights (with dedicated data science support) to understand performance, pinpoint key opportunities, and brief impactful campaigns that drive significant value for clients.
  2. Exceptional client partnerships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication and a genuine commitment to client success.
  3. Drive innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and championing new ways to translate data into tangible client results. You'll be empowered to test and implement innovative strategies.
  4. At least 2-3 years experience working in a digital/CRM agency.
  5. A CRM specialist.
  6. Excellent communicator with proven client management and project management experience.
  7. Ideally, you will have worked on Bloomreach CRM system previously.
  8. Previous experience working with hospitality and lifestyle clients would be advantageous.

Salary & benefits:

  • £40-45,000 depending on experience

Office location & work policy:

  • Central London office - hybrid working - 1 day per week in office (with option to do more but flexible if needed!)
