Job summary

Cats Protection, the UK's largest cat welfare charity, is seeking a CRM Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation on a remote basis. The role is a fixed-term contract until December 2027, offering 35 hours per week, with a focus on governance, planning, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

You will work within the Change & PMO team to ensure successful delivery, maintain project documentation, manage risks, oversee testing and realise

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
• Professional project or programme management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM).
• Change management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Ensure robust project governance, maintain project documentation.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Provide regular progress reports to boards and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and escalate project risks and issues.
• Act as primary delivery contact for stakeholders and partners.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee test planning and execution within the project plan.
• Ensure benefits realization is considered throughout delivery.
