Job summary

Cats Protection is seeking a CRM Project Manager to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, working within an Agile framework to deliver a strategic change programme. You will manage governance, plans, budgets and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires immediate-start capability or a short notice period, with remote work options and a strong focus on benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Ensure robust project governance, create and govern project documentation.
• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Develop, maintain and manage project budgets.
• Provide regular progress reports to project boards and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues as required.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for stakeholders and suppliers.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee test planning and execution within the project plan.
• Ensure benefits realisation is considered throughout delivery.
