Job summary

Venda Search is seeking an ambitious CRM & Marketing Operations Executive to own Bullhorn CRM, automation and Amplify AI. You will help build smarter processes, activate our candidate database and find new ways to turn data into commercial opportunities.

You’ll own automation across the recruitment lifecycle, improve data quality, test AI prompts and drive adoption across the team. Strong analytical and creative thinking preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience with CRM, automation, marketing technology or recruitment systems.
• Previous recruitment industry or Bullhorn experience would be ideal.
• Technical and process-minded with curiosity for AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Bullhorn CRM, Automation and Amplify AI.

We’re looking for an ambitious CRM & Marketing Operations Executive to take ownership across CRM, AI, automation, data, campaigns and marketing.

This isn't a traditional CRM admin role!

You’ll help us build smarter processes, grow and activate our candidate database, improve how our recruiters use technology and find new ways to turn our data into commercial opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Help own and develop our Bullhorn CRM, Automation and Amplify AI
• Build automated processes and workflows across the recruitment lifecycle
• Create, test and improve AI prompts and AI-powered CRM processes
• Improve CRM structure, data quality and database management
• Research new technology and identify ways we can automate or improve existing processes
• Build candidate attraction, re-engagement and referral campaigns
• Help us acquire more candidates and up-to-date resumes
• Create market research, salary surveys and industry insights
• Support Venda's social media and marketing activity
• Drive CRM and technology adoption across our recruitment team
• Use data to identify missed opportunities and improve performance

Who We’re Looking For

Previous recruitment industry or Bullhorn experience would be ideal, but isn't essential.

You may currently be a:

CRM Executive | Senior CRM Executive | CRM Specialist | Marketing Operations Executive | Recruitment Operations Executive | Recruitment Technology Executive

You’ll ideally have around 2–3+ years' experience working with CRM, automation, marketing technology or recruitment systems.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

• Technical and process-minded
• Curious about AI and automation
• Comfortable creating and testing AI prompts
• Analytical but also creative
• Confident working with CRM data and campaigns
• Naturally interested in finding better ways of doing things
• Commercially minded
• Comfortable working closely with a sales/recruitment team
