Job summary

Amber Employment Services Ltd is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to join its growing eCommerce team in Guildford. The role focuses on CRM, email marketing, customer journeys and commercial analysis to increase engagement, retention and revenue across several brands.

You will own the day-to-day email marketing activity, plan and build campaigns, test and analyse results, and work closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to support promotions and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, eCommerce or digital marketing with strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Experience creating and managing email campaigns and customer journeys.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day email marketing activity from planning to results analysis.
• Manage email calendar across multiple websites and brands.
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, promotions).
• Develop customer segmentation to improve relevance and performance.
• Monitor engagement, deliverability and customer behaviour.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams on promotions and product launches.
• Track CRM metrics like revenue, conversion, CTR and open rates.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend future actions.
• Run tests on subject lines, content, offers, segmentation and send times.
