UKTV is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team in London. You will manage cross-channel campaigns, automated journeys and testing to improve engagement and viewing across UKTV's brands.

Experience with Braze and audience personalisation is essential, with strong collaboration across Marketing, Creative and Data teams. You will report to the CRM Manager and help deliver calendar-driven activity while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• Delivery of CRM campaigns across email, push and in-app channels.
• Experience using Braze for building journeys and campaigns.
• Experience in audience segmentation and personalisation.
• Experience building automated journeys with triggers, branching and timings.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and producing actionable reports.
• Collaborating with marketing, data and insight teams to deliver campaigns.
• Understanding CRM lifecycle marketing and its role in engagement and retention.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles.

Responsabilités

• Build, test, and schedule email, push and in-app campaigns.
• Create automated and triggered journeys, including Braze Canvas flows.
• Manage CRM campaign calendar with the CRM Manager and marketing teams.
• Brief Creative and develop CRM templates and approaches.
• Coordinate campaigns across channels for joined-up journeys.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, timing and targeting.
• Produce post-campaign analyses and identify learnings.
• Support new technical launches and CRM capability enhancements.
• Explore Braze AI features to boost personalisation and efficiency.
• Refine CRM workflows and QA practices for consistency.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Data and Insight teams.
