Responsibilities

• Определять стратегическое направление CRM в цикле найма студентов и управлять его улучшением.
• Разрабатывать и запускать многоканальные кампании через Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio и SMS через Twilio.
• Анализировать аудитории, проводить A/B тестирование и представлять отчёты о результативности.
• Развивать масштабируемую модель CRM через увеличение автоматизации.

We are partnered with a leading education institution looking for an experienced CRM Manager to drive their student recruitment and engagement campaigns.

Задачи

Задачи: Own the strategic direction, governance, and continuous optimisation of CRM communications across the student recruitment lifecycle. Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and SMS via Twilio. Act as the CRM subject matter expert, partnering with marketing, recruitment, and academic teams to shape requirements and best practices. Oversee audience segmentation, data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance reporting to drive continuous improvements. Implement a scalable CRM operating model by increasing automation and reducing manual campaign execution.

Требования

Требования: Proven hands‑on experience and certification(s) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. Strong experience defining and evolving CRM strategies, customer journeys, and automated workflows to improve conversion. Demonstrable ability to work with large data volumes, derive actionable insights, and evaluate campaign performance. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge requirements constructively and manage cross‑functional projects. Candidates must have full permanent right to work in the UK and be available for an Inside IR35 assignment.
