Job description

Are you an experienced Customer Engagement / CRM Manager who is confident using Braze to design personalised user experiences and customer engagement?

Would you like to work for a client who creates award-winning interactive services for the TV, radio, and the film industry? Clients include ITV, Global Media, and Warner Media.

About this role:

As the CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy for a new product launch.

The digital product will be promoted on traditional and social media, and your job will be to define the CRM strategy that maximises initial sales and subscriptions, then engages customers to maximise retention, subscription upgrades, and lifetime value.

Your role is central to shaping multi-channel CRM campaigns, including personalised website user journeys, WhatsApp chat, email, push notifications, and lifecycle campaigns that drive and maintain sales and subscriptions.

About the Client

We create award-winning interactive services for the TV, radio, and the film industry. Our clients include ITV, Global Media, and Warner Media.

Founded in 2012, the company is based in London, with software engineering teams in Krakow and Rzeszow, Poland.

The company invented and holds a patent for mass interaction TV events. It currently runs the votes for ITV’s Love Island, Britain’s Got Talent, and I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! It provides innovative competition platforms for Global radio and ITV (with its joint venture Neon Cube) and develops interactive quiz shows.

The media industry has recognised us for producing the world’s first truly interactive competition show, The Singer Takes It All on Channel 4. We have received several awards, including 'Best Platform Innovation', 'Best App', 'Best Multi-platform Project' by Broadcast Magazine; BAFTA's TV Craft Awards short-listing; and IBC’s international innovation award.

About the Team:

You will join a new start-up team within the established business to launch a new consumer-facing online product. The team will consist of experts in different fields, working together as a mini business of 10 people, supported by a larger company. The team will act like a small enterprise.

You Will:
  1. Define the CRM strategy, including customer segmentation and selecting the best communication channels.
  2. Use Braze to build customer segmentations, personalised customer journeys, and campaigns responding to consumer behaviour.
  3. Assess the success of marketing campaigns, promotions, user journeys, and refine them.
  4. Analyse customer data to identify key touchpoints and optimise the CRM strategy.
  5. Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to boost retention and drive subscriptions.
  6. Collaborate with the product team to develop promotions and enhancements to the app and website.
  7. Work daily with the CEO, data analytics experts, and the product team.
The ideal candidate:
  1. Several years of experience managing marketing automation.
  2. Experience using Braze to design personalised user experiences and customer engagement. Experience with similar platforms is also acceptable, with training available.
An advantage if you have experience in any of the following:
  1. Lotteries, online competitions, digital games, gambling, and/or retail subscriptions.
  2. Enjoys working in a start-up environment, using initiative, and taking responsibility.
