Job Description:

My client is a global homeware brand looking to build a team here in the UK. They are based in the US, offering a fully remote working model. They have an innovative product, truly original to the market, offering consumers a unique solution that saves time and money, making everyday life easier.

They are seeking a CRM Manager to start their CRM team in the UK for the first time. The role is open to candidates at an executive level with no management experience.

You will report to the Head of Marketing, collaborating to coordinate campaigns from start to finish. You will project manage promotions and creative processes alongside the email calendar. You will work closely with the marketing team in HQ to ensure brand consistency and alignment with priorities.

Requirements include experience in CRM, campaign building, segmentation, customer journey planning, and deployment. The candidate should be able to manage projects across teams, handle competing priorities, be adaptable to new technology, and demonstrate teamwork, organization, and goal orientation.
