Job Overview
The CRM Manager will lead campaign build, deployment, and insights across the subscription lifecycle, supporting revenue growth and customer retention through innovative data, mar-tech, propositions, and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a year-round CRM campaign strategy that is automated, personalized, and commercially focused.
- Collaborate with Trading and Retention teams to create and report on campaign plans.
- Lead project initiatives and approve projects on behalf of CRM.
- Work with Business Standards, GTM, and Operations teams to optimize campaign delivery.
- Implement segmentation, product, and proposition strategies to meet KPIs.
- Design new programs to support growth.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance and implement tracking enhancements.
- Seek external inspiration to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Require at least 3 years of CRM campaign experience (agency or client-side).
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in building, testing, and deploying CRM communications in a subscription context.
- Knowledge of Adobe platform data models, workflows, QA, and personalization scripts.
- Ability to analyze data and devise strategies to improve KPIs.
- Experience approving high-volume campaign content.
- Hybrid working experience with online project management skills.
- Familiarity with Movable Ink, Google Analytics, Excel, and MS Office.
- Industry experience in mobile or retail, especially subscription sales.
Desirable Skills
- Push Notification and Direct Mail experience.
- Understanding of HTML templates, accessibility, and email design vulnerabilities.
