Job summary

Nigel Wright Group are partnering with a growing consumer business to recruit a CRM Executive on a 12-month maternity cover. The role focuses on shaping end-to-end customer journeys, automation, segmentation and CRM-led improvements.

You will build segments, automated workflows and trigger-based communications, analyse customer data for trends, monitor CRM performance and support the ongoing Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, email marketing or customer lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to analyse data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Optimise end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
• Build and refine customer segments, automated workflows and trigger-based communications.
• Work with customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor CRM performance and produce reporting and insights for decision-making.
• Support the ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, Contact Centre, IT and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to wider CRM and customer experience projects, including chatbot initiatives.
