Connect Recruitment Consultants Ltd in South East England (Berkshire) seeks a Direct Sales & Loyalty Team Leader to oversee CRM and direct sales operations, drive targets, and maximise customer engagement through effective team leadership and CRM campaigns. The role requires three or more years of sales leadership, strong CRM and data analysis skills, and excellent communication.

The position is permanent, full-time with hybrid working and a salary of £36,000 per year, plus a benefits package

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CRM and direct sales teams.
• Strong CRM and sales software knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation of sales metrics.
• Experience in fast-paced sales environments with targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM and direct sales teams to meet/exceed targets and KPIs.
• Plan and run sales campaigns using CRM tools to maximise revenue.
• Monitor performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide coaching and training to improve customer interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing/product/customer service for aligned strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and data protection regulations.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance.
