Connect Recruitment seeks a Direct Sales & Loyalty Team Leader based in South East England. You will oversee the CRM and direct sales teams, drive performance, and deliver excellent service through CRM-driven strategies.

The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working and a company car. You will recruit, coach and appraise staff, and collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to achieve revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CRM and direct sales teams.
• Strong CRM and sales software knowledge with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM and direct sales teams to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Plan and run campaigns and customer engagements via CRM tools to maximise revenue.
• Monitor performance data and feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Coach and onboard staff, deliver performance appraisals and development plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to align strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training within CRM and direct sales functions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.
