Qualifications

• CRM database management: updating, maintaining and cleansing records.
• Data accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to identify duplicates and inconsistencies.

• Excel and spreadsheet skills for large datasets.
• Experience handling high volumes of records and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Update marketing and event invitation lists through data cleansing and CRM enhancements.
• Support CRM, data management and contact research projects for marketing and BD teams.
• Conduct online research to verify contact and company information.
• Assist with event data management and CRM updates.
• Maintain BD target and prospect lists, updating key contacts.
• Cross-reference data across sheets and CRM for accuracy.
