Job summary

Kinbrook Group seeks a CRM and Data Manager to own data quality and CRM integrity across the group. You will be the go-to person for CRM queries, ensuring accurate capture and resolving issues to prevent data problems from accumulating.

You will cleanse, map and integrate data from new acquisitions, improve processes, and develop reporting that supports business development, marketing and commercial decision-making across our growing group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system.
• Strong data quality focus and analytical approach.
• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with data cleansing, enrichment or migration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of the CRM.
• Own data quality, accuracy and completeness across the system.
• Review data for missing fields, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain data standards and governance processes.
• Investigate and resolve CRM, data and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with IT and technology partners on complex issues.
• Maintain CRM fields, workflows, permissions and configurations.
• Improve data capture and make data commercially useful.
• Enrich client and prospect information to improve reporting and insight.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes within the CRM.
• Document CRM processes and data definitions.
