Opensoft Systems Limited in Knaresborough is seeking a CRM Data Administrator to join the team and maintain the quality and accuracy of the sales database while supporting sales and marketing functions.

This role focuses on data cleansing, updating records, making outbound calls to identify correct contacts, and ensuring database integrity. You’ll work with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach and take ownership of tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data, administration, CRM or database-related role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear, confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to make outbound calls comfortably and professionally.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with a CRM or database would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of regular data cleansing and database maintenance.
• Reviewing records and identifying outdated, inaccurate or duplicate information.
• Updating and maintaining contact information within our sales database.
• Making outbound calls to organisations to establish the correct contacts for specific departments.
• Accurately recording new information and maintaining the integrity of our database.
• Running targeted mailshots to specific groups of clients and prospects.
• Supporting our sales and marketing teams with database and administrative tasks.
• Providing general office and administrative support.
• Managing your own workload and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
