Job summary

Kinbrook Group is seeking a CRM and Data Manager to own the data quality and integrity within our CRM. You will be the go-to person for CRM queries and data issues, ensuring information is captured accurately and problems are resolved promptly.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, IT and other teams to cleanse, map and integrate data across the Group, and develop reporting to support commercial decision-making. Experience with any CRM is fine; Intapp DealCloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system.
• Strong experience working with data and maintaining data quality.
• Highly analytical and detail-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and administration of the CRM.
• Own data quality, accuracy and completeness across the system.
• Regularly review data to identify missing fields, duplicates, errors and inconsistencies.
• Maintain data standards and governance processes.
• Investigate and resolve CRM, data and workflow issues.
• Work with IT and partners on complex system or integration issues.
• Maintain CRM fields, workflows, lists, configurations and permissions.
• Improve how information is captured and maintained for commercial use.
• Enrich client and prospect information to improve reporting and insight.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting.
• Look for opportunities to automate processes and improve CRM usage.
