Job summary

Kinbrook Group seeks a CRM and Data Manager to own data quality across the CRM and support business development, marketing and commercial decision-making. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, IT and other groups to ensure data accuracy and usability.

You’ll lead data governance, identify issues, and drive automation and reporting to enrich client and prospect insights across the Group. This role is not office‑bound and supports multiple locations within the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system and maintaining data quality.
• Strong data experience and a methodical, detail-focused approach.
• Familiarity with data governance, data protection principles and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM operation and data administration.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency across the system.
• Identify missing fields, duplicates, errors and inconsistencies; implement fixes.
• Maintain data standards, governance processes and CRM configurations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support marketing, business development and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and technology partners on complex integrations or system issues.
• Support data cleansing, enrichment and migration projects.
• Assist with onboarding new group companies and data integration.
