Job summary

Kinbrook Group is seeking a CRM and Data Manager to own the quality and integrity of data within our CRM. You will be the go-to person for CRM queries, ensuring data is captured correctly and issues are resolved promptly across the Group.

You will identify missing fields, duplicates and inconsistencies, while improving processes, automation and reporting to support business development, marketing and commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing or administering a CRM system.
• Strong experience working with data and maintaining data quality.
• Highly analytical and detail-focused approach.
• Experience with CRM workflows, reporting and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and administration of the CRM.
• Own data quality across the system and ensure completeness.
• Identify missing fields, duplicates, errors and inconsistencies.
• Maintain data standards and governance processes.
• Investigate and resolve CRM, data and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with IT and external tech providers on complex issues.
• Maintain CRM fields, workflows, lists, configurations and permissions.
• Improve data capture to enhance commercial usefulness.
• Enrich client and prospect information for reporting and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting.
• Look for opportunities to automate processes in the CRM.
• Document CRM processes and data standards clearly.
• Support data integration when new businesses join Kinbrook.
