• Strong experience with data quality and governance.

• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and reporting or data structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM operation and administration.
• Own data quality, accuracy, and completeness across the system.
• Regularly review data to identify missing fields, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain data standards, governance processes, and CRM configurations.
• Investigate and resolve CRM, data, and workflow issues and liaise with IT.
