Job summary

Kinbrook Group is seeking a CRM and Data Manager to own the quality and integrity of client and relationship data across the group. You’ll ensure data is accurate, complete and usable to support marketing, business development and commercial decisions.

You’ll audit data, resolve duplicates and gaps, and lead improvements to data capture, governance and automation. Collaboration with IT and other teams will be essential as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system
• Strong experience maintaining data quality
• Analytical and detail-focused approach
• Experience with data cleansing, enrichment or migration

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of the CRM
• Own data quality, accuracy and completeness across the system
• Regularly review data to identify missing fields, duplicates, errors and inconsistencies
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting
• Improve data capture and governance processes
• Collaborate with IT and technology partners on complex issues
• Support integration and migration of CRM data for new acquisitions
• Drive automation to improve data processes
