Job summary

Oliver Bernard is looking for a Data Architect to lead CRM and MarTech data architecture in a hybrid London role. You will define data structures, governance and integration patterns while staying close to delivery to ensure designs land effectively.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data teams to set standards and drive data quality across the ecosystem. The role offers London hybrid work and a salary up to £90,000.

Qualifications

• Strong experience defining data architecture strategy, standards and patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Bloomreach and HighTouch.
• Deep understanding of CRM and MarTech data domains.
• Experience designing scalable integrations across batch and near-real-time patterns.
• Credibility to influence senior stakeholders and be the voice of data.

Responsibilities

• Own the target data architecture for CRM and MarTech, including integration patterns and data flows.
• Set principles, standards and guardrails for delivery teams.
• Design and assure integrations across Dynamics 365, Bloomreach and the enterprise data platform.
• Embed data governance, quality and privacy-by-design.
• Provide oversight through design authority and architecture governance forums.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Data.
• Support Agile teams and resolve complex data challenges.
