YMCA England & Wales is seeking a Fundraising Manager (Database & Insight) to lead the Database Team and shape the organisation's CRM and data strategy from London with hybrid working. The role focuses on turning fundraising needs into practical CRM solutions, building Power BI reports, and overseeing suppliers for CRM queries.

The successful candidate will manage and develop CRM systems, deliver training, and ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance within a charity context.

Formación

• Proven experience managing and developing CRM systems, ideally in a charity.
• Experience leading a technical or data-focused team.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Database Team.
• Set the direction for the CRM, turning fundraisers’ needs into practical solutions and leading changes from scoping to training.
• Build automated Power BI reporting that provides insights for decision-making.
• Manage suppliers and act as the senior point of contact for CRM queries.
