Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM/Email Marketing.
• Knowledge of GA and other online marketing tools preferable.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and delivering campaigns on time.
• Ability to analyse and adapt marketing activity based on sales results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute CRM email and SMS campaigns end-to-end.
• Build and test compelling email and SMS communications.
• Develop and maintain targeted customer segments.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis for market trends.
• Create detailed briefs for creative teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and user engagement.
• Analyse data to optimise automated customer journeys.
• Collaborate with the Group CRM Manager on strategy.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure campaign alignment.
