Qualifications

• Experience in CRM and email marketing, either within an agency or in-house.
• Confident with automations, segmentation, tagging structures, data workflows, and pipelines.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (where applicable) and best practices for handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ActiveCampaign accounts.
• Integrate CRM with client platforms and carry out data management.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
