Job summary

SportPesa in Liverpool seeks a Technical CRM Automation & Insights Specialist to own the architecture of our customer engagement platform and translate insights into measurable revenue growth. You will design automated journeys in Insider, develop data-driven customer insights, and partner with the CRM team to shape segmentation and lifecycle strategy.

You will own KPI frameworks, reporting pipelines, and API integrations while collaborating across Product, Data, and Marketing to deliver

Qualifications

• Three to five years building automated workflows on Insider or similar platforms.
• Treat CRM data as a strategic asset with segmentation experience.
• Understand customer lifecycle marketing and collaborate with marketing teams.
• Built dashboards and reports in Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Platform ownership and automation: design, build, and optimise automated customer journeys in Insider.
• Customer insights and segmentation: develop data-driven understanding of customer behaviour and opportunity.
• Revenue analytics and KPIs: own metrics showing CRM-driven revenue impact across markets.
• Reporting infrastructure: design and build automated reporting pipelines and migrate from Excel-based reporting.
• Data integration and API work: own integrations between Insider, data warehouse, analytics platform, and reporting tools.
• Marketing partnership and experimentation: focus on targeting, segmentation, and testing strategy with leadership.
