Job summary

RVU is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. You will shape and implement our CRM strategy across Email, SMS and Push, building automated journeys to engage customers and drive conversions. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the Tower Bridge office and one monthly Fleet office visit.

You’ll collaborate with the CMO, measure performance, and report weekly. Experience with Braze, GA, Power BI, and AI-enabled workflows is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms and multi-channel journeys.
• Ability to create automated workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
• Experience building Email, SMS and Push Notification campaigns.
• Strong data management, analysis and reporting using CEP tools, GA and Power BI.
• Ability to leverage AI to streamline processes and outputs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong planning and ability to meet deadlines across multiple campaigns.
