Job description

Job Title: HubSpot CRM Administrator

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to lead the configuration, optimisation, and integration of our CRM system, supporting our marketing, sales, and customer success teams in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM.
  2. Customize and configure HubSpot properties, workflows, pipelines, and other system components to meet business requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Node.js and HubSpot’s APIs.
  4. Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client success teams to optimise the CRM for lead management, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  6. Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within HubSpot.
  7. Manage third-party CPQ relationships and processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience administering HubSpot CRM.
  2. Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
  3. Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and relational databases.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  6. Understanding of sales and marketing operations.

  • A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus depending on experience.
