Job summary

Mitie is seeking a MultiSkilled Shift Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers within a critical environment at The Shard, ensuring all equipment is maintained and operated safely.

You will lead day and shift engineers, plan maintenance to schedule, prioritise statutory tasks, and ensure reactive work is completed on time while recording activity in IT systems. This role offers development opportunities within one of the UK's leading facilities management organisations.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
• HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience.
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal).
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioning safely and efficiently.
• Lead and supervise a team of day engineers and shift engineers, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
• Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory maintenance tasks and ensure reactive tasks are completed within required priorities.
• Maintain compliance standards and accurately record work using IT systems and reporting tools.
