Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Unit in Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen. This part-time post (15.75 hours per week) includes days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with a fixed-term/secondment until 31 October 2027.

The successful candidate will be supported while developing critical care skills and will be expected to work within a bilingual health service, with Welsh language ability desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 1 Registered Nurse (RGN/RN Adult) registration.
• Knowledge of NMC Codes of practice.
• BSc (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for critically ill patients in a busy Critical Care Unit.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and good communication within the team.
• Contribute to the development of nursing practice across Glangwili General Hospital.
• Be flexible to work days/nights/weekends/bank holidays as required.
