Job summary

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Critical Care nurse with a passion for teaching to join our established education team. You will mentor staff, deliver educational programmes for pre-registration and post-registration learners, and help maintain high standards of patient care in a busy integrated critical care unit.

The role focuses on pre-registration, CPD, mandatory training and medical device training, with opportunities to develop learning resources and assess

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with live NMC registration and critical care experience.
• Critical Care Course completed; supervisor/assessor training preferred.
• Evidence of Level 6 study or equivalent educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programmes for pre-registration and post-registration learners.
• Undertake inductions, CPD, and mandatory training.
• Assess competence and review progress of learners; support evidence-based practice.
