You'll work alongside the PCCU Education Team to facilitate learning, identify training needs, and deliver specialist education programmes within Paediatric

Qualifications

• Qualified Paediatric Critical Care nurse with active nursing registration.
• Experience in clinical leadership and education within paediatric critical care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and development within the clinical environment.
• Support learners and developing staff through all stages of their professional journey.
• Identify training and development needs across the service.
• Develop, review and update educational resources and learning materials.
• Deliver and support specialist education programmes within Paediatric Critical Care.
• Promote evidence-based practice and a positive learning culture.
• Support workforce development initiatives to enhance patient safety and experience.
